BEFORE use
Before using the frying pan for the first time, rinse it with warm water and dishwashing liquid and dry it thoroughly. Before using the pan any further, grease the inside well with a paper towel with corn oil or vegetable oil. After doing this, rinse the pan with warm water and dry it thoroughly. Do NOT grease the outside.

DURING use
Also make sure that the hob has the right size for the pan. If this is not done, the induction hob will not be able to 'recognize' the pan.
Also always leave 5cm space above the pan, when you are going to use an oven or grill. and never place the pan on the bottom of the oven, always on a grill or oven plate.
When you are cooking and you need a spatula, do NOT use a metal spatula, but rather a silicone, wooden or plastic spatula, as this will leave scratches and marks on the frying pan. It is advisable to cook at medium or low temperature for the best cooking results. Heat the frying pan gradually. If you do need to use high heat, this is perfectly possible, but you should immediately lower the heat when the desired temperature is reached.
Please note: Never slide the product over a glass hob/stove. This can damage the bottom of the frying pan and the glass plate. Instead of sliding, it is best to lift the frying pan.
