Before use
Before first use, rinse the Dutch oven with warm water and a mild detergent. Dry the pan thoroughly before you start cooking.

During use
The sturdy construction ensures even heat distribution and excellent heat retention—ideal for slow cooking. Thanks to the tight-fitting lid, moisture and flavor are optimally preserved.

Preferably use silicone, wooden, or plastic utensils to protect the coating.

After use
Allow the pan to cool before cleaning it. Remove burnt-on residues by soaking the pan in warm water with a little mild detergent. Use a soft sponge and avoid abrasive cleaning agents.
