BEFORE use
Before using the grill plate for the first time, rinse it with warm water and detergent and then dry it thoroughly.

DURING use
Do NOT use a metal spatula, but rather a silicone, wooden or plastic spatula, as this will leave scratches and marks on the grill plate. It is advisable to cook on medium or low temperature for the best cooking results. Heat the grill plate gradually. If you do need to use high heat, this is possible, but you should immediately lower the heat when the desired temperature is reached.
Please note: Never slide the product over a glass hob/stove. This can damage the bottom of the grill plate and the glass plate. Instead of sliding, it is best to lift the grill plate.
